Fillet Steak stuffed with a mushroom Duxelle wrapped in pastry & served with a red wine sauce.

Salmon en papiotte topped with a ragout of seafood along with braised fennel & garlic

 10oz Pan fried Sirloin Steak served with grilled tomato, mushrooms & onion rings & served with or without creamy pepper sauce
